“ROCKY’S WESTSIDE STORY” Presented by Dave Lively
Come and enjoy stories of human nature encountering Mother Nature in what is now the west side of Rocky Mountain National Park. This lecture connects the common threads of survival and success over the past 11,000 years in a high isolated mountain valley. The ebb and flow of passing cultures has influenced life today in this unique alpine corner of our nation.
The Historical Lunchtime Lecture Series features 12 educational presentations held at the Historic Park Log Chapel, every Wednesday at 12:00pm. Bring a bagged lunch to enjoy while learning about the rich history of Frisco and surrounding areas. Seating is very limited – please arrive early!
