30th Annual LAPS Canine 4K

For it’s 30th year, League for Animals & People of the Summit (LAPS) is taking their annual Canine 4k virtual. Now you can celebrate over 2 days on August 1 and 2, 2020 with any type of pet you want and on your favorite walk or trail. Show your support and solidarity by posting photos to Instagram @summitlaps80443 and Facebook #lapsk94.


Pre-register your first pet by July 29, 2020 for $25.00, it’s only $5.00 for each additional pet. Prices go up on July 30, 2020. T-shirts and goody bags available for pick up in Summit County for pre-registered participants.

What is LAPS?

Summit County, Colorado LAPS has been helping families and companion animals living in Blue River, Breckenridge, Dillon, Frisco, Heeney, Keystone, Montezuma and Silverthorne since 1990.

LAPS is the area’s primary charity working to reduce pet overpopulation through spay and neuter programs and to benefit the general welfare of companion animals and families in need of financial assistance with veterinary bills.
