9Health Fair, St. Anthony Summit Medical Center and the Summit County Rotary are proud to partner on the 9Health Fair to promote healthy lifestyles and proactive healthcare. Participants are encouraged to take responsibility for their wellness and schedule their free and low cost health screenings. This year’s Health Fair will include a wellness village, allowing participants to explore additional health and wellness topics such as dermatology, acupuncture and yoga.
Participants are invited to register online and make plans to come to the 9Health Fair on Saturday, April 23, 2016 from 7:00am – 12:00pm at Summit High School located at 16201 Highway 9 between Frisco and Breckenridge.
