There will be a special screening of Kubo & The 2 Strings with a presentation from Deborah Cook, costume designer for the stop-motion animation studio Laika Entertainment, on Saturday, November 11 at 6:30pm during the Community Film Night event at the Frisco Day Lodge.
Deborah Cook will be working with the Keystone Science School Girls in STEM Tech Retreat participants throughout the Veteran’s Day Weekend. The November 11 presentation will include an opportunity for the public to view and provide important feedback to the tech retreat participants on their projects.
Tickets are $12 for adults, and youth under 12 are free. Tickets include a second screening and additional presentation by Mark Shapiro on the Behind-The-Scenes making of Kubo at 7pm on Tuesday, November 14 at the Breckenridge Film Festival’s Summit Film Society season kickoff at the Breckenridge Theater.
